Job Title: Inspection officer for a real estate company
Location: Ikota or Ajah , Lagos
Remuneration: 80,000 Naira (candidate will be given an air conditioned site inspection vehicle for site visits)
Job Type: Onsite.

CANDIDATE MUST BE MALE, AND LIVE AROUND IKOTA OR AJAH.
CANDIDATE MUST KNOW HOW TO DRIVE

Responsibilities:

1. *Property Assessments:* Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to evaluate their condition, compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and any potential maintenance or repair issues.

2. *Reporting and Documentation:* Prepare detailed inspection reports that outline findings, including photographs and recommendations for repairs or improvements, and ensure that all documentation is compliant with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements
Bsc or HND.
