What the woman did instead was hide the girl's uniform in the morning when she was taking her bath to prevent her from attending school. Her little piglets, far younger than the girl would also order her around, and if she were to give them a curt response for their disrespect, would be descended upon by this woman.

Even with all this, the 13-year-old still did the vast majority of the house chores. And to make matters worse, the girl was also her relative. I can only imagine what she would have done to a non-relation. Probably would have ended up like this.

SE women and maltreating of housemaids are like 5 and 6, especially nursing mothers among them. A ten year old girl as housemaid If you cant raise a child, don't bother bringing him or her into this world. Poor people can never make rationale decision. They keep procreating, thinking that fortune will smile on any of their children, through which they may be lifted out of poverty. They fail to understand that if you fail to put a child on the path of success, success will not come. That house girl may NOT have been eating properly and she may be lacking in sufficient nutrition for a child of her age. Reason why she cave in to the beating, as her body's immune system was already weak and could NOT withstand trauma. So pathetic!!

They should arrest the husband of the woman join for negligence. The action of most men these days baffles me. It is not that the man is not aware that the wife has been maltreating that poor girl but he rather chose to maintain silence. He should be sued for negligence, as he has a duty of care on the poor innocent girl. I made it point of duty that all the people that comes to my house to stay as nanny, house girl or boy will address me as "daddy" and my wife as "mummy". That places an obligation on both of us as "daddy" and "mummy" to them, even though they are not our biological children. For me, it is symbolic as it would be against normal norm and custom to harm anyone that calls me a "father" or "daddy". Many parents even abroad have to help their children with support for getting accomodation because things are pricy

Getting children into high quality tem quality training programmes for sports and entertainment and high quality and in demand and well paid educational professions requites time, effort and resources and occasionally connections but the first 3 are the most prominent

A lot of music starts and sportstars overseas were supported by their parents. Sone labels wont sign and promote ayoung artiste if the parents dont agree.

It takes a lot to raise quality children

Tragedy struck in Owerri, the capital of Imo State, after a yet-to-be-identified woman beat her housemaid to death for watching TV with her kids.

The 10-year-old housemaid lost her life as a result of injuries she sustained as her boss beat her to a pulp.

The incident was said to have happened on Sunday evening.

A source said the suspect, a mother of four, had brutally tortured the girl when she came back home and saw the housemaid sitting with her children to watch TV.

It was the cry of the girl that attracted neighbors, who stopped the woman from further inflicting punishment on the housemaid.

The girl was said to have died before arriving at the hospital for treatment.
