IDEAL CANDIDATE....
You're a seasoned finance professional with 8+ years of experience in senior financial leadership roles.
You're skilled in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
You're well-versed in accounting standards such as IFRS or GAAP and regulatory requirements.
You're a strategic thinker with a knack for problem-solving and analytical challenges.
You're proficient in financial software like ODOO, ZoHo, or SAP, and masterful in Microsoft Excel.


RESPONSIBILITIES…

Strategic Financial Leadership:
You will develop and implement financial strategies to achieve growth and profitability.
You will lead long-term financial planning and scenario analysis.
You will provide expert financial advice to the executive team.

Financial Planning and Analysis:
You will prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
You will monitor financial performance and analyze variances.
You will conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Accounting and Reporting:
You will oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
You will ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
You will monitor cash flow and liquidity to ensure financial stability.

Risk Management and Compliance:
You will implement robust internal controls to safeguard assets and prevent fraud.
You will manage risk assessments and ensure compliance with regulations and tax laws.
You will liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.

Team Leadership and Development:
You will mentor and develop a high-performing finance team.
You will foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Funding and Investment Management:
You will oversee capital structure, debt management, and funding strategies.
You will evaluate investment opportunities to maximize returns.
Technology and Systems Optimization
You will leverage financial software to enhance operational efficiency.
You will stay updated on emerging financial technologies and trends.


REQUIREMENTS…
A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics (CPA, CFA, or ACCA preferred).
Proven leadership in senior finance roles for at least 8 years.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills to inspire and manage a team.
