I have a case in court with EaseCash.
They called my contacts on my due date even after making part payment of what I was supposed to pay earlier that day. It's a fight to the end.
The told my contacts I'm on the run with company money. Before then I was never a day overdue.
I pay before due dates. I mostly needed the money for emergencies and this time around because I had issues with transfer from my GTBank to Opay.

if you no deal with them well well, i go swear give you bro

Let them return the money they borrow too because the money belongs to someone who saved the money with them too and they don't have intention of paying it back too

A loan app asking for 60% interest rate for 7 days lending deserves no repayment.

Since they seek to rob you, why not rob them first and save humanity from their rubbish business?!

Though I have never borrowed money from those loan app before and don't ever wish to try such thing. But I always ask this questions to those that do borrow from them.

B4 u guys borrowed the money, weren't there a written terms and conditions on the apps for u guys to agree to b4 borrowing the money? And if there is, didn't u guys read the terms and conditions b4 agreeing to it? If u guys read and agree to it, then why later complaining of the loan apps being unreasonable?

Loans come with admin and insurance fees. U agree to the terms. What the loan companies are expected to do is to charge the fellow to court and notify the insurance company. Court can then decide the measures of punishment on the defaulter. But of course, the loan companies are theives too. How can u charge as much as 60% interest on loan when u claim 10-15% just because people are faced with economic challenges? U borrow 10k to repay 17k in 2 weeks or at most one month. It is cr8minal. Little wonder why they aggressively call the defaulters contacts or sending messages depicting the defaulters as criminals. People don't know their rights else the loan company will borrow money to pay damages to people.

They are doing all these nonsense because they know anything goes in Nigeria.

Many of them claimed to be Micro- Finance and are Connected to CBN and Many Former Banks CEO/ Directors and they used it to harass Nigerians and are ready to collect Huge Interest and Capital - Within A Short Period!
Why can't they go to Europe,USA and Britain for these kind of Businesses?
Because - they dare not raise Interest Rates beyond the Federal Govt limit of 0- 3% ?
•It is a Nigerian thing and CBN- seems to Encourage High Interests Rates-while Nigerians and their Business Suffers!

Very good most of this loan apps are very stupid. If you miss due date payment, he go Bel like say the world go end. If you like pay up to date for 10 years. The day you miss a particular due date they will be running mad and wild very stupid company operating in Nigeria

The way the system works is that they sell lender details down a long chain. Each recovery person tries his luck to recovery with outlandish and crazier methods.

People are being hounded by one dire young boy or bedraggled girl sleeping on a dirty single foam in some desperate building somewhere.

Perish the idea that these are coordinated corporate lenders.

Some of them lied in their agreements. They will say charge for 10k loan is 10%. By the time you receive the money, they'll say you will pay 4900 as service charge from the 10k. They'll send around 5,100 to your account and expect you to pay back 11k after 7 days.

Oga abeg forget that thing. Na that agreement una take dey cheat people.

Lol! Who and who be una? The reason I'm asking those questions is not because I have anything to do with those loan apps but because I know how terrible most Nigerians are when it comes to repaying the money they borrowed.

Oga if u know my money wey I done borrow to people without adding any single interest on it, but the people still refuse to pay back till date ehn, then u go know say most Nigerians nor be human beings. And the most painful thing is that those people are people close to me o. A money I lend to a friend of mine nearly cause a fight between me, him and his family and till date, the man only manage to pay half of the money? Many of the people I lend money to no longer pick my calls till date, and that's why even if person like make he cry fire, I nor fit borrow anybody money again, because I have learnt my lessons the hard way.

So that's why I have the mindset that the interest in the loan apps is not only the reason most people refuse to pay back but the mindset of most Nigerians always refusing to pay back money they borrowed. If an individual can lend his fellow individuals money without adding any interest on it and they still refuse to pay back, then na when heavy interest come dey the money them go come grin pay back?
