Who is monitoring this operation open door. Who is documenting the repentant bandits. Who is ensuring that those who return back to banditry are verified and executed. The military need to establish a biometric system to capture data of these bandits. Monitor the reoccurrence of unique biodata on the battle field, and then take the right measures to eliminate them. This is not rocket science. |
