With numerous past incidents of this nature leading to uncountable death in this country,one will wonder why haven't been any government action plans aimed at preventing or punishing the offenders.
Rather it's lip service and condolences upon condolences when the mumu citizens who scoop the fuel are roasted like goat by the inferno.

If I was a governor or president now,what would have stopped me from signing executive order barring this nonsense and setting up a taskforce for strict enforcement?

Jail two or more people today for participating in this nonsense at least 6 months with community service and 4 months for those just standing and looking as if it's film,see how the menace will reduce tomorrow.
Without enforcement of law and order ,human society will not be different from animal kingdom irrespective of their educational attainment, gender, religion,tribe or social status.
This is grave safety issue,so government should be proactive and not reactive.
