Idiots like you are clear evidence that Muslims are all terrorist and enemies of peace. They expect others to tolerate them without them doing the same. They will be mounting water resistant loudspeaker on the roof of buildings, including residential buildings too. Calling for prayers five times a day disturbing the entire neighborhood without mercy, yet if half of that is done by others muslims will behave like their asses are on fire. Idiots
khalling2008:
Bann them if they constitute a nuisance in a residential area. You cannot turn a residential place into a commercial place without consequences. If you want a commercial place to operate your business, you can go to any place along the expressway that the govt decides for commercial purposes, not residential areas that people use for home only.

For those ignorant who said the mosques are also built in residential areas. How can you compare a mosque to a church?.Anybody know that churches are business centers in Nigeria while mosques are for worship only. Have you ever gone to mosques and see them useing musical instruments for service?

If you are not satisfied with the decision, you can sue them in court or relocate to iPob region where they allow nuisance in their states

Let respect individual faith and adherent of other religion, because I cannot understand why you should call a place of worship of other people a business center. Playing musical instruments doesn't make a place of worship a business center. People quick to tell people to go to their region issue like this comes up, but when it comes to fund allocation, they will not agree that they should go and enjoy money generated from their regions. If we continue like this, the pillar that bound us in this country may be destroyed, because Nigeria is funded on the pillar of secularity. The Yorubas who want to subject themselves to this rule should read this and be wise.

But mosque activities will take place in residential homes?
The mass conversion of Hausa and Fulani to Christianity is unstoppable. More Muslims embracing Christianity every day.

But Muslims conducts prayers in residential building even on the road, even the other local type of Yorubas (the Sharia Yorubas) does same

I dount that mosques are opreraed in private residences. I believe this is to do with public disturbance, people are running churches in the private residences doing praise and worship disturbing the peace and causing noise pollution.
I believe Lagos State has also sanctioned noise pollution by religious gatherings.

This is a goodove by the Emir, in the same saner climes you all claim if you attempt to run a church in a private residential premises your neighbours would call the cops and the gathering would be disbanded, the organiser may be arrested for public disturbance and antisocial behaviour, and the landlord may revoke the lease agreement.

In my dad's house in my hometwon, they used to hold a Church service there in the sitting room.

On service day, they use a very loudspeaker that could wake up the dead permanently. They were an absolute nuisance.

I'm a Christian but I don't want to be hypocritical in this case. What we call house fellowship sometimes is a serious disturbance to others. It is not everybody that can bear the noise of heavy clappings and excessive shouts of Fire! 🔥 Fire! 🔥 Fire 🔥, especially in residential areas, and most especially in a Muslim dominated area. If you want to do elaborate service, do it in the church, don't disturb other people in your neighborhood all in the name of house fellowship.

The same way you feel annoyed with muslem's call to prayer is the same way some Muslims feel about christians' too. Both is not acceptable in sane climes. Many mosques have been sealed in Lagos for this same reason you pointed out. Both Chritians and Muslims can perform their religious rites without disturbing others.
.. and btw, you have no power to authenticate my Christian faith. The Bible says by their fruit you shall know them.
You are not a Christian. Your stupeedity is too much

No traditional ruler have any right to ban anyone from anything in Nigeria..be it in sharia states or non sharia states, the Emir does not have such authority under the law,the Governor or the local government chairman should call this man to order, don't incite religious violence in Rano..there are procedures he could have taken if there are complains of noise disturbance , Environment ministry is there, besides no one stops Muslims from praying in their houses in Rano do he can't stop anyone from any activity in their house .

What of muslims blocking major road becos they are praying on Fridays?
The deep truth is that Islam do not preach and practice tolerance with other religion and this is so because the spirit working in Islam is purely demonic. That spirit hate anything that is of Christ. That demonic spirit cannot withstand fire power a christian prayer in Jesus' name.
