But couldn't write to Jonathan as president to develop south south region. He was among the selfish leaders we have in south south. He never caution or openly castigate Jonathan like he does to others just because he had a university been built then by Jonathan to him. Over the years, I came to realize that northerners are never our problem but our so called leaders Look at Ayiri who some years ago was exposed by collecting huge sum of money from Chevron to pay the casual workers from delta and instead pay peanut to them. Wicked people.

I hope Pa Clark's death didn't happen as a result of the news of his friend, baba adebanjo's death oo. Cos na so 2 of my mum's friends heard of her death and they too left shortly after. One of the even attended her funeral and we exchanged greetings that day. One of her sons is my friend sef. My mum died aged 90yrs

When people in that age bracket die its a big Sin to even think of post mortem

Once your parent cross 70yrs .. you suppose don start thrift contribution, to meet burial whenever its time

The two octogenarians just kicked bucket like that. Their chapter here on earth has ended. Life is transient.
At 97, you don't call someone an Octogenarian Sir.

He and Pa Adebanjo knew their time was up. That was why they used their last moments advocating for Peter Obi to become president so they can be sure that the future of those they are leaving behind is secured.

Their wish did come true but greedy hooligans scuttled it.

Goodnight Pa Edwin Clark and eternal rest granted unto you.

You just summed it up beautifully. Elders of renowned reputation are dying little by little in Nigeria. In few years time, we wouldn't have those that stands as a bridge between our past , that's pre - independent era and our present era and that's why we need our history to be told and taught in our schools......very important..

We shouldn't wait for the likes of Buhari, Atiku, Tinubu, Peter Obi etc....to come and be telling us stories that further put division between us ALL.

Rest In Peace The Babas....

First was Pa Ayo Adebanjo at 96. Now is Pa Edwin Clark at 97.
Two Patriots of the finest breed making their exit few days apart.
It's the end of an era.
Both were loud mouthpiece for the freedom of Nigerians in the hands of the cankerworms.
May their soul rest in peace.

I just laugh it you. What legacy did Obi leave in Anambra to make him a good president? Obi cannot even stand shoulder with the likes of Fasola, Yemi Osinbajo, SanwoOlu and Soludo. These people I listed left indelible mark when they were governors including the serving one. If they ask you to pick between Fasola, SanwoOlu and Obi based on their performance, who would you go for without putting sentiment into it?

Safe journey elder statesman...you have played your own role in this drama called life!

Two Sage leaving few days apart...does this have any trend pattern we are soon to see?

Both Pa Adebanjo and Edwin Clark have lived a good life- as they are in their 90s.
If you check Nigeria- Life Expectancy today- na 50s and 60s because those basic good things of life - Decent Housing,Good Health Care 💅 Delivery, Provisions of Foodstuffs,balance-Diets, Transportation - for ease of Mobility, Easy Assessble of Cars- for our Convenience 🏪, Education for all,etc- have now become Luxury to Nigerians by Politicians, who are so Corrupt and Sadly Polluted the System!
Just that Niger-Delta- could not transform into Dubai of Nigeria and Africa, because of Conflicting interests, during your lifetime!
R you I P.You have done your part in Nigeria.
History, will put you ahead, that you spoke your minds and warned where necessary!
