It can not. The "naira" word and it's logo were not printed on the note, neither is there "central bank of Nigeria" written on the note.

So the op/youtuber does not know that that's the photo of Dora the explorer on the note. Majority of these hungry youtubers are so lacking in depth it's shocking. That's why the algorithm does not favour them and they start spamming everywhere with their tacky videos.
