The "2 flower-like things" are the ovaries that make one egg each month. The egg is what they remove. It's a shame Nigerian girls are doing that though. I can't imagine it's very popular. When did black babies become so scarce that a demand would make selling eggs a common thing? Unless they're using their eggs for research or someone is duping these young women. You let someone take a probe inside you or however the hell they get those eggs out?
