Basically Singapore is attracting foreign talents to make the country their second home. So, if any of you who are exceptionally intelligent and think that you have something to offer to the country, then Singapore welcomes you with open arms. It is not easy to gain admission to the National University of Singapore so whoever is accepted is that uni is very licky indeed.
