So sorry for your experience that was inhumane and that's the more reason why islam is the true religion of love and being compassionate.

In Islam, food holds great spiritual significance, not only as a source of nourishment but as a means to strengthen our relationship with Allah. Moderation is key, as excessive consumption can harm both body and soul. The Quran and Prophet Muhammad emphasize the importance of balance, gratitude, and mindfulness in our eating habits. Fasting during Ramadan teaches self-control, gratitude, and mindfulness, while also offering an opportunity to reset our eating habits and develop healthier living patterns. By being mindful of what we eat and how much we consume, we can achieve physical well-being, spiritual growth, and peace. #FoodAndSpirituality #Islam #Moderation #Gratitude #Mindfulness #Ramadan #Fasting #SelfControl #HealthyEating #SpiritualGrowth #Peace

We are being serious here.

Does it seem like I'm joking or something? The church has been bastardised by some of these unscrupulous elements y'all call MEN OF GOD. Allah is the way, truth and life. No muslim faithful can ever abandon their own. Never!!!

You are yet to sound better than I did.

Anything you believe.
But if you read the scriptures very carefully, with an objective mind, you'll see that our churches have totally derailed, especially in Nigeria. And if you're indeed a Christian, you will not be contributing to that derailment because you don't want to "neglect the meetings".

Does any part of my comment say that Nigerian Churches are spotless? You just want to deviate from the topic of discussion.

I was never entitled.... I was hoping that that church truly stand for what it is..... There as an usher, I learned that rich people gets special attention.... While the poor only push to impress by always coming to church and not give any excuse.

One time in the meeting, a woman who was a special assistant to the wife of the governor then on health, who was the assistant chief usher, talked down on me because I went to our weekly meeting with a Bible In my phone but she claimed how she goes everywhere with her Bible..... Which is always inside her car.

My breakthrough wasn't from the church. I left the church and onetime I worked at a cinema and due to my calmness I meet a rich guy who's organization sponsored me to the US for a professional course ..... Came back ane got a scholarship in South Africa for my master's degree.

I pray to God directly and I don't go to church to do any rituals or buying hankiechief or olive oil or candle for prayers.... And I've been steadily achieving greater things....

This is a good example for those who believe leaving a religious organization means people cannot live meaningfully. cheesy cheesy cheesy

Thanks for the experience.

He is definitely not derailing from the topic. You are the one bringing the angle to him leaving RCCG means he is going against Hebrews 10:24,25.

In your ideal mode of thinking. Oga come to reality. Go to the north of this country and tell me which children are becoming ALMAGIRI grin cheesy grin cheesy

Children of churches right? All over the world today, which countries provide safe haven for displaced Muslims during conflicts?

1. Use your judgement (as led by the Spirit). Approach it on case by case basis.

2. Nothing in the post says the poster does not join with his family members.

3. Nothing in the post says the poster will not now or later find other forms of fellowship.

You speak like someone without independence of thought. Symptoms of people who never took time to understand the scriptures beyond what pastors told them. The truth of the gospel should set you free, not put you in the bondage of what we call "church" that strings you with fear and guilt.

Sweet grin cheesy grin cheesy

The problem is that you are thinking that the Church is a building with a name and a man or woman called "Pastor"

You need to really study your Bible and find the real truth especially in Jesus Teachings

Don't mind them. Their fathers and mothers at home are not men of God because they don't have buildings they use to assemble people on a set day and time and particular place. Men of God are only those who assemble people in a particular building, date and time.

Human knowledge is a dynamic, expanding thing, both on a personal level and collectively. When beliefs become crystallized in the form of creeds or official teachings to which people are required to conform in order to perpetuate an organization, conflict inevitably results.

It produces a dividing line between what the parliamentarian calls “Servants of the Spirit” and “Prisoners of the Organization.”

You have to choose one between

1. Servants of the Spirit

2. Prisoners of the Organization

The moment you look any form of organisation set up in this way it brings a sense of balance how you are expected to deal so you don't get killed by the very thing you set up.
