The Federal High Court (FHC) has debunked viral claims that Justice John Tsoho, Chief Judge of the FHC, stepped down from presiding over Nnamdi Kanu’s case. In a statement by Chief Registrar Sulaiman Hassan, the court dismissed the reports as “false, misleading, and damaging,” reaffirming three key reasons why Kanu’s release remains unlikely:

1.No Judicial Withdrawal: Contrary to social media rumors, Justice Tsoho did *not* recuse himself or question the legality of Kanu’s arrest. The court clarified that Justice Tsoho, as Chief Judge, only reassigned the case from Justice Binta Nyako to Justice James Omotosho.

2. False Narratives Discredited: The FHC labeled claims that Kanu’s arrest in Kenya was “illegal” as “entirely unfounded and fictitious,” stressing that no judge made such statements. This discredits arguments seeking to invalidate the trial on procedural grounds.

3.Trial Progression: The reassignment ensures the case continues without delay. The court urged Kanu’s legal team to prepare for directives from Justice Omotosho, signaling no intent to halt proceedings.

The FHC warned against misinformation eroding public trust in the judiciary and reiterated its commitment to due process. Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), faces terrorism charges, with the trial set to advance under the new judge.

That Supleme terrorist thinks he can bully the learned lords, desecrate their hallowed chambers, insult them, behave like a thug, shout at a sitting judge, disrespect the constitution, slap his lawyers before the judge, call the court a court of injustice, turn the order of the court upside down, use emotional blackmail against the judiciary, stir up sentiments among his Illiterate and ignorant followers and he thinks he will get away with it?. God forbid.
This terrorist has just put a coal of fire underneath his own yansh, by the time the court finished with him, he will knee down and recite the Nigerian anthem.

One thing about our brothers from the land of the rising hate is that they take events in their head n start running around with it like it's real.

In their idle time, they will just think of any rubbish n they will start presenting it as reality even when they know it's a lie they will aggressively defend it till the truth appears n they become dumbfounded

Gidgiddy n his fellow travellers have been running around with fake news n rumors all these while n all our attention to call them to order proved abortive cos they will see the truth, know the truth but they will keep telling themselves that useless lie

Some ipob miscreants are sponsoring fake news against Justice Tsoho, the court has come out to clarify it as lies and ipob fabrications..
A terrorist threatened the peace of the country and he was brought back to the country to face justice but some people are calling it an illegal rendition. If this was the US, he would have disappeared into the hottest part of Guantanamo bay where he won't set his eyes on the sun for the rest of his life.
