Hon. Ikechukwu Nweke Advocates For Action Against Fake Pastors In Anambra. by B51996: 1:52am |
HON. IKECHUKWU NWEKE ADVOCATES FOR ACTION AGAINST FAKE PASTORS IN ANAMBRA. By Okafor Benjamin Anambra State Governor Charles Soludo has been advised to extend his crackdown on native doctors to include fake pastors, who are allegedly working hand-in-hand with some native doctors to exploit innocent citizens. Hon Ikechukwu Nweke (popularly known as Owelle) made this call in a recent speech, where he commended Governor Soludo's efforts in tackling noise pollution caused by street preachers. Hon. Nweke emphasized the importance of addressing the issue of fake pastors, who are masquerading as men of God to deceive and manipulate people. Nweke's comments come amidst growing concerns about the activities of fake pastors, who have been linked to various forms of exploitation, including financial scams and emotional manipulation. In some cases, these fake pastors have been known to collaborate with native doctors to perpetuate their nefarious activities. Governor Soludo's administration has been praised for its efforts in tackling the issue of native doctors, who have been accused of using charms and other forms of juju to deceive and exploit people. However, Hon. Ikechukwu Nweke's call to action highlights the need for a more comprehensive approach that addresses the broader issue of fake religious leaders. In his speech, Nweke also emphasized the importance of embracing tradition and culture, while rejecting practices that are not in line with Igbo values. He encouraged the youth to work hard and strive for success, despite the challenges facing the country. As the debate over the role of religion in society continues, Governor Soludo's administration will be closely watched to see how it responds to Nweke's call to action.
