Blowing up pipelines will only embolden Wike and his group to proceed with the impeachment of the governor.I shared my opposition to the current journey of impeachment against fubara both offline and online, and I stand by it. However, blowing up pipelines is a crude and futile tactics by the governor and his Ijaw people.Murtala Nyako was impeached as governor in 2014 when GEJ was president,Adamawa people didn't threaten to burn down Nigeria even though GEJ the mastermind of that Impeachment.

My Ijaw people make una enter house and don't turn political disagreement between godfather and son to ethnic fight. Ijaw doesn't control all the pipelines and oil wells in the Niger Delta. The major loser from this adventure is going to be Tompolo who is under contract to protect pipelines. I am aware so many leaders from Niger Delta including Wike have been advocating the splitting of the oil pipeline protection contracts among various warlords and tribes in the region and this may be an advantage presented to them.
Succinctly stated.

Besides, official statistics from the oil majors CLEARLY show that over 95% of ALL oil pollutions recorded in the Niger Delta region from the 1990s (which got WORSE from the early 2000s) were as a result of pipeline vandalizations and oil thefts.

Aside from the horrendous Ogoni oil spills due to Shell Petroleum operations from the 1990s, and a few others, the vast number of oil pollutions on land and the water ways were done by criminal elements with ancestral roots in the Niger Delta (especially among the Ijaws) who relentlessly stole these oils via illegal oil bunkering and for sale to buy weapons from the early 2000s to prosecute the militancy movement.

Let the crises continue, who knows military would jump in and use the opportunity to remove rogues, that called themselves politicians from office.

The Oyibos must have told them that the plants are supposed to be built in the east. That it's iniquity and impunity to build the plants in Arewa.
But because they are still fighting the civil war on the economic front, they wouldn't listen to Oyibo.

Let's just pray it doesn't get to that.
There are strategies to silence these fellows. The days areong gone and lost whenever any group goes ahead to blow up pipelines.

The FG will not suffer oOoOO. They have money statched up well for themselves. It's the States that will suffered immensely and at what cost......

Dead bodies will only surround the grounds be it of the military men sent to restore order, agitators who are blowing pipelines and civilians will become casualties.

Villages will be blown off, the water ways will not be safe for anyone.
There are certain unimaginable things that come up.
Houses people have used money to build will be destroyed.......
A lot of people will be targets oOoOO.

So ask yourself: who is the cause of all these, if not the useless and power hungry Wike? And the TPain of a president is allowing him because he wants to win Rivers state.
The FGN will suffer too . I am not referring to individuals, but govt machinery will be badly affected (the whole budget and economic programmes will be in tatters)

Peace Peace Peace! Tinubu defuse this tension right now. Call the boys to open gate for the governor to present the budget, after which the boys should mellow down. Rivers funds should be released to them and the local government chairmen should be called back or another election held. The governor should pay the house members immediately the state funds are released. Like play like play, this issue should not be allowed to escalate.

If you allow this brewing crisis to occur, the advise above will still be the end game and by then lots of damages and losses might have been recorded.
Call those boys right now Tinubu.

We should be pushing for peace. Nothing like federal might when it comes to guerilla warfare. Even America runs from guerilla warfare. Why do you think for years, federal might is fighting Boko Haram with no sign of an end to the battle. What of banditry? Can federal might fight it?

The only solution is compromise. In war, there is no winner.

It is not because of Fubara they are doing all this.

The average ijaw man has always wanted to do bunkery.

It is their way of life.

They survive on crisis.

So they are just capitalizing on the Wike vs Fubara quarrel to do what they had in mind.

They are not satisified with the N65,000 the federal government is paying as amnesty.
