The SC judgement wasn’t too different from this. It's a pity Fubara allowed the noise makers to misled him.

What's Wike's business with rivers state?
The only viable resolution could have been to tell wike to hands off rivers state and wait for 2027.

Those 27 slaves had no problem with fubara until their slave master (the Abuja idiot) instructed them to impeach him

Shebi tinubu rather sacrifice peace so that wike can keep meddling where he is not supposed to, he rather spread the soldiers across all oil installations. At least 10 soldiers per installation, the 10 soldiers for ever 1km of pipeline.

Idiots that hate peace

But the governor did ...

“Even in the face of the political impasse, we have remained committed to constitutional order and the rule of law, putting the interest of our people above all else.

“This was why, immediately after Mr President’s intervention to broker peace, we did not hesitate to implement the agreed terms in good faith, including welcoming back commissioners who had previously resigned on their own volition.” ~ Gov. Fubara

And about 2 weeks after a bomb explosion at the house of assembly and the governor fired with water canons.

The speaker and assembly are dealing with a rookie, why the impeachment moves shocked
They suppose the bleed and pray to see the next minute. What happens after the state of emergency 🤷. God fatherism can't work in Rivers. Rivers State is like the capital of south south, other states are watching. The fight is now between Riverans and Tinubu. Tinubu allowed himself to be dragged into Wikes messy and dirty fight. Tinubu warning Wike would have doused tension 🤷.

Aminda, wa ya say

1. Democracy has been truncated in Rivers.
2. Oil pipelines have been ruptured.
3. The FG has lost revenue.
4. The State has lost revenue.
5. Governor has been suspended.
6. Assembly members have been suspended.

But somehow Tinubu's minister who has been the chief orchestrator and chief troublemaker in the entire crises from day one has not even been suspended, not even mentioned.

Tinubu's bias is so glaring he can't even pretend to hide it.

Yeah we know the man been found wanting in honesty and integrity from day one during the 2023 campaigns but one would think he could at least muster an aota of honesty and integrity in this crisis but no.

Let him do whatever he wants to do but he should stop pretending like he's neutral.

He's watching on as his minister caused a complete breakdown of democracy in Rivers State.

The solution should be to warn Wike to stay away from Rivers governance.

But we have a mannequin as president.

Wike is controlling Tinubu.

To me this a good enough treaty to guarantee peace. To the Governor... he is to pay the assembly men and present budget to them. To the assembly men...withdraw all threats of impeachment of the governor immediately and let me do his work. Then all court cases should be withdrawn. They both started the implementation well as Fubara even said then that nothing is too much to sacrifise for peace. But guess what Vultures and war mongers from outside the state who were eating from Fubara's Rivers state money convinced him that he should pull out and keep on fighting. People like Edwin Clark from Bayelsa, Rep Ugochinyere from Imo state, Falana from Lagos ( who cashed out big time from endless and meaningless legal battle) are the ones that championed this war and should be held responsible for the breakdown of all peaceful agreements before now. Shebi Edwin Clark has pushed him to the war front and then abandoned him there!

This does still not constitutionally justify the declaration of SOE.

Besides, why is Wike's signature there? Does he hold any position in Rivers State? Why will he not let the State be?

Complete rubbish. A President should not even be interfering in state matters.

I blame the governor. He was too silent.

His signature on that paper is the reason those terms weren't implemented at all. Why was he party to it in the first place? Why has he held an entire state in bondage? Is he the only former state governor? Did any former state governor disturb him during his tenure?

So many Niger Delta leaders told Tinubu to warn him. But because of APC political interest in Rivers State, he refused

Why are you carrying a misleading headline, this is what Amaewhule Martins and his cohorts wrote and you are calling it Tinubu's solutions. This is a misleading headline and must be taken down immediately.

Nice, but suspending the gang members without suspending the leader of the gang just shows self interest in the matter
