"The month of Ramadan in which the Quran was revealed as guidance for the people and clear proofs of guidance and the criterion." (Quran 2:185)

✨ Is there anything more honorable… more comforting… than being loved by Allah?

The Prophet ﷺ said:
“When Allah loves a servant, He calls Jibreel and says:
‘I love so-and-so, so love him.’
Then Jibreel loves him, and a call is made in the heavens:
‘Allah loves so-and-so, so love him.’
Then the inhabitants of the heavens love him,
and acceptance is placed for him on Earth…”
(Muslim 2637)

📌 But how can we earn this divine love?
Imam Ibn al-Qayyim رحمه الله mentioned 10 beautiful means to attain Allah’s love:
1️⃣ Reciting the Qur’an with reflection and understanding.
Let not a day pass without your heart being nourished by the Words of your Lord.

2️⃣ Doing voluntary deeds after fulfilling the obligatory ones.
“…My servant continues to draw near to Me with voluntary works until I love him…” (Bukhari 6502)

3️⃣ Abundant remembrance of Allah in all states.
“O you who believe, remember Allah with much remembrance.” (Ahzab: 41)
💬 Remembrance melts the hardness of the heart and anchors the soul to tranquility.

4️⃣ Preferring what Allah loves over personal desires.
⏰ Wake up for Fajr not because of habit, but out of love.
🚫 Abandon doubtful earnings because His pleasure is dearer.

5️⃣ Reflecting on Allah’s Names, Attributes, and Actions.
The more you know Him, the more you love Him.

6️⃣ Witnessing His blessings, seen and unseen.
“Whatever of blessings you have, it is from Allah…” (An-Nahl: 53)
He gives, He pardons, He sustains – purely out of love.

7️⃣ Humble submission before Him.
😭 Alone in prostration… whispering your fears, your hopes… seeking Him sincerely.
💔 “A broken heart before Allah is a heart prepared for love.”

8️⃣ Seclusion with Allah during the last third of the night.
🌌 Rise. Stand. Recite. Weep. Repent. These are moments when hearts are transformed.

9️⃣ Sitting with those who love Allah.
Their words are like fruits. Their company—medicine for the soul.

🔟 Avoiding distractions and sins that veil the heart from Allah.

🌍 Dunya pulls, but Jannah calls. Let the love of Allah be your compass.
This Ramadan, let us not just seek Allah’s forgiveness—but His love.
Let our hearts not only be softened—but captivated by His mercy and majesty.

🤲 O Allah, awaken us before our time runs out, bless our remaining days and nights, accept our fasting and worship, and make us among those whom You love and who love You.
