i sumited my cv to FIRS sometime, and have gotten a test from FIRS to choose a test centre.
I have as well done so, but it appears the test will be coming up soon.

Kindly help me with FIRS test format and likely questions if u have it to enable me start preparing now.

@Julie, I'm taking the apt test for FIRS too. Pls share anything new.

Read your GMAT, d first test is with computer 60mins, if u pass then professional competence xam then intetrview. Try to use connection because I wrote d last one up to this stage but my friend that did not pass the foirst stage is right now working there. Pls wen did u apply n how?

@Deneku, what's the professional competence test all abt? Pls brief me. It's was an in house thing, it wasn't advertised infact we were advised that connection might not work except u pass the test. Pls share any other important info. Thanks.

They will conduct test but the appointment will go to their appointed candidate.

The truth is if u don't know somebody forget it because all of us that got to that stage were not employed . The professional is base on your area of specialisation not so deep into it. I wrote under engineering and it was from GMAT the engineering section. Gudluck

So I received an invitation to write the test with a date and centre - slated for wednesday Jan 25, 2012/Chams place, GRA Ikeja.

anybody dat tells u dat u cant get a job on merit in firs is telling u a lie.
infact i know so many people dat got their job based on merit.

Pls dont be discouraged by anyone who says CONNECTION is the key to
