Yes, everyone is feeling the fuel hike,whether you are a bolt driver or not, fuel is connected to everything we produce in this country and removing fuel subsidy the way they did was something I have condemned this administration for.

However, when you take a job, you must be ready for the inherent risks. Its like our soldiers complaining they don't want to fight wars or engage in conflict resolution. A Police man saying he did not join the police to fight armed robbers. Cancelled rides is one of the downsides of doing Uber, but I dare any Uber/Bolt rider to tell me they prefer sitting or waiting in a Taxi park to pick customers. Also will DND she put stop him from messaging her or calling her through the Bolt app?

If the idiot knew that he did not have the temperament for the job, he should never have taken it. I cannot be a school teacher to young children because I have a short temper. It is because of this kind of foolish Bolt drivers, that more and more women that have no business driving rather be on the roads than collect insults from frustrated foolish egotistical men.

Again, all the curses I got will go back doubly to the senders and there foolish families that could not train them to have manners and disagree like normal human beings.

You also made a comment about Bolt/Uber drivers being rich, which shows me you don't understand anything, as tell me what does that have to do with having manners and being able to politely deal with ONE customer disappointing you?

I have personally witnessed Bank EDs, visit customers and be ridiculed and insulted to their face about the most mundane of things, never did they respond back to the customer, no matter how small the client happened to be, with even one tenth of the vitriol that frustrated man on that phone did to that lady he does not know from Adam.

Would he have had that ladies number to be insulting her if not for Bolt? If we ban Bolt/Uber in Nigeria like they have in the some places in the West because of excessive harassment, competition and other vices, will you and your fellow brothers be happy then? At least you can park your cars at Taxi ranks and be saving your fuel and when God finally blesses you with a customer you can choose whether you want to curse him or not.

If one cannot stand human beings with their vices, then you have no business in a customer service industry or facing a customer, it is pretty simple.
