They were laffing at the sensational ineptitudes of their oga. They fooled him into believing that the economy would collapse if fuel subsidy is not removed. They were also quick to convince him that the economy will boom if corruption stays.

The oga was too was obsessed with subsidy removal cos of his long run personal gain; he refused to realise that if corruption is frowned at, financial wastages are cut down and overbloated salaries of public officials are reduced (as fuel subsidy removal obviously will harm the economy as well) the economy would be stimulated? The oga does not need a prophet or prophetess to tell him he has rocked the boat.
