Took time to understand pivot tables and conditional formatting.

It was frustrating at first. But after a few weeks, everything changed.


I could prepare financial reports in half the time. I stopped making silly errors. I became the "Excel guy" at the office.

Eventually, I earned a raise and even helped train new staff on Excel skills.

All because I stopped avoiding the thing that scared me.
