PROCUREMENT OFFICER
-Ensure that procurement is executed according to description/specification on LPO
-Ensure adequate procurement logistic is supported
-Maintain list of suppliers and price list
-compares prices and methodologies with other companies to ensure value for money is being obtained.
-Adequate negotiations with suppliers is done before purchase take place.
-must be male

LOGISTICS/ ASSET SUPERVISOR
-Ensure that Assets/equipment of the company are in order by carrying out frequency routine check on them.
-keep records and list of the company’s assets/equipments
-Ensure that all the assets belonging to the company are coded for easy identification
-must be male


Cost controller / internal Auditor
-Ensures financial and operational information is timely and reliable
-provides reasonable assurance that assets area safeguard
-detect and correct error and irregularities in a timely manner
-promote the economical and efficient use of resource
-specify and ensure establishment of policies, operating standard, procedures, systems and other disciplines to be used to limit the risk associated with the exposure identified
-must be male
