That city has the lowest police/hoodlum ratio in all of Nigeria. The government can expect the worst. Not that they care having surrounded themselves with the few policemen there is. |

A couple of days ago there was a news story in one of the media, about cult gangs clashing, or gearing up for a clash, in benin. I almost posted it here but decided not to at the last minute. Is anyone sure the disturbance isnt cult related. |
