no one gets there. They probably won't have to for the message to sink in, but if they need to, it will happen. Gadaffi was stronger and richer, where is he today? Keep underestimating the power of the people. |

Jonathan had better come out and make a categorical statement. nigeiria is gradually drifting into war. As the days go by People are gradually getting frustrated and venting their anger. I fear this might take a destructive twist if he continues to delude himself that he is a who blinks first kind of game with the the people of Nigeria. Retardeen Odechi Jonathan come out and act like a leader. |

989900: without nato forces, you really think libyans could have gotten gadaffi? gadaffi was captured by nato, not by libyan rebels. and what makes you think gadaffi is stronger and richer than babangida? you underestimate the evil genius. ibb is nigeria. if he sneezes, everyone in nigeria must catch the flu. |

That is why david mark and the rest of law breakers gangs are panicking, hence their call for subsidy removal reversal, they know tents will soon be pitched in front of their residences, residences they acquired with the blood of innocent nigerians. It too late now, subsidy or no subsidy ill leadership made poor nigerians will be better off with an accountable system,a system where people will go to work to earn what they productively deserve not what they are opportuned to steal. |

This protest is turning into something else. We should be careful not to be the losers at the end of the day. Since the inception of this protest no rich man has lost his life. We the poor masses with nothing but our lives should tread carefully |

I mean the self confess evil genius, are the revolutionary masses storm his Minna aso villa? Please more grease to your elbow my fellow brothers and sisters. If by any chance get him out from his hiding and teach him a bitter lesson. |

Petroleum Marketers are fighting back by exposing some of the subsidy deals. They say Nigeria must know that Haruna Momoh the MD of PPMC and Deziani Allison Madueke Minister for Petroleum has been demanding and pocketing N50 per litre of Kero and petrol produced by local Refineries since Jan 2011 till date. The reason they gave to marketers is that it was marketers contribution to Jonathan's election, but it has continued even after the elections. That the govt should probe Nezor SA and Tridax SA two companies owned by the Peroleum Minister run by her junior brother. This two companies in the last 16 month of her tenure has from nowhere become one of the few companies lifting crude oil and one of the largest beneficiary of the subsidy. The marketers want Nigeria to probe the new list of briefcase companies now lifting crude oil because they paid minimum of $1 million to Momoh and Deziani. |

without nato forces, you really think libyans could have gotten gadaffi? Even poor Gadaffi knows better now. and what makes you think gadaffi is stronger and richer than babangida? @1.8million barrels/day ruling for 40 years in a country of just 6million vs 1.9million barrels/day ruling for 8 years in a population of 150 million you don't have to be a genius to figure. This is 2012, power has shifted quarters many times too many already, he was very powerful yes, but stop overestimating the old General he is @ his weakest ever. He doesn't even control the military anymore unlike Gadaffi who was C in C, and who was feared like a god by his people. |

989900: irrelevant!
one was being hounded and the other is free to roam the streets and he is even a king-maker. ibb is the most powerful individual in africa. while other dictators have been locked up in prison or shot dead, ibb is alive and kicking and not wanted by interpol or some international court of justice.
that is what the politicians want you to think but ask yourself these questions. -why hasn't anyone arrested ibb since he left power in 93? -why did he refuse to go to oputa panel that obasanjo(the c-in-c in nigeria back then) couldn't avoid? -why is ibb not wanted by efcc or interpol or icj for crimes committed against humanity? -why is this man roaming the streets free and he can travel anywhere in the world as he pleases? my friend, power is not surrounding yourself with gendarmes or para-military. power is being able to do what one wants at any time unharmed and undiscovered. ibb is power! gadaffi wasn't powerful - he was a coward! |
