coolHi peops!one wonders why company recruiting send applicants on a wild-goose chase.i strongly propose them putting limits on the applications they collect instead of allowing us go through the stress of submiting our cvs and not being called for tests.if that is done and one doesnt meet the number limit, one would be rest assured and seek more opportunities instead of hoping and praying for something that would never come, if they wanna collect all cvs submitted, they should be ready to give all a fair chance of writing tests like firstbank did and separate the boys from the men at the battle ground instead of using their own intuition.ciao! grin

Yes, you made an important point here. There is no need placing people's mind high after collecting CVs without attendant consideration of such CVs. First Bank did a nice job by allowing as many as they can to participate in the their Tests. And thereafter, they were able to shortlist the people that passed the test without any form of favourism nor godfatherism involved. It is on record that First Bank recruitment is the most fair and unbiased within the Banking sector.

There is need for potential Employers of labour to make their recruitment open for as many that are qualified as possible to participate at the test level so as they will get what they want.
