@Chi, the CARGO TRACKING NOTE (CTN), will affect the cost of freight of all cargos to Nigeria.Its a document you need to get from your shipper alongside the bill of lading, which attracts additional charges.
It wont affect the cost of clearing except the shipping companies in lagos request for charges on CTN, which i dont think they will.For now there is nothing like that.
