Astra 2 = no except TV, TV3

4669 is an mpeg 4 receiver and the original is no longer assured in the market. Whereas 4922/A is a HD receiver which is the latest tech now. Btw it retails for under 11000.

Astra 2f combined with Ew4/7 (Dstv position)and Amos 5 should be more than enough for u.

Thanks to all the gurus in da hood, i was able to track amos 5 using 60cm dish. Please people should get their facts right before posting on the forum so as not to confuse others.

Amos 5, is on the right side of w4/7, to track it, while standing behind the dish, you need to raise it up a bit then move right, its just after multi tv and not above eutelsat w4/7 as speculated from some quarters

Right now, on the Eutelsat W4, we have many channels including:
CNN, SILVERB, EMMANUEL TV, SENTATA ACTION, TBC, CCTVN, TBN, AL JAZEERA.
Also, at 16 degree east, we have
NTA i, AIT, AIT NEWS, AIT INTL, STV1, STV2 And many more.

but pls i have just cctv's and stv only on srt4663.what then shuld i do or give me their frequences.

ur 4663x receiver is not mpeg 4 compliant. So go get a 4922A @ less than 11300 and start enjoying the said stations.

no big deal abt it.just get any straight metal u can tighten ur lnb 2 at 3 o'clock i.e v pol & make sure d lnb is facing de dish at similar style wit de former.

there are metal dedicated for such task,is it name dat has eluded me,pls i'll lyk 2 knw if it wat da call scalar.tnx

De lnb below is Amos 5 i.e 16e & 17e while de one on top is multi tv 28e.

90cm & above is de best 4 multiple lnb.or track multi tv 28e as primary & place anoda lnb 4 Amos 5 to de right 4-5inches on d metal focusing lnb to d dish.

Thanx bro for the info, I have srt 4329 and am based in uyo, aks. I have two dishes used in tracking the above mentioned birds and more but I cant have mbc in dstv position. Pls help.

pls what is the correct lnb skew for E16/17? (I mean for tracking both with one LNB)
