Hello People,

I have a business proposal from a Foreign cosmetic producer. They are looking at optimizing sales in European and African countries. As a Nigerian, I know what it might take to bring in new product especially with our 'almighty' NAFDAC registration. My major challenge is that they are not ready to spend that big in registering their product in Nigeria since they have no idea how the cosmetic market operates and since I am not presently in Nigeria, there is little that I can do in that regards. My question is; Is it possible to distribute these cosmetic products to shops and spas without getting it registered in the mean time? Please, if there is anyone who's got an experience or idea and would like to share, I would greatly appreciate it.
