My stomach grumble sometimes as if someone fart,, it all started around september-october last year when my stomach brings an unwanted sound sometimes as if someone fart, if it happens in public i may feel embarassed and i tried not to let anyone hear the sound because dey may think i fart which is not so sometimes i tried to old my breath and push my stomach inwardly and it will still bring up some noise sometimes loud nd sometimes not, i'm thinking maybe it the worms in my belly that is causing that, nd maybe i should be puting salt in water every morning and drink maybe it will cure it, What is happening and what can i do to heal up this.
