Guys pls is it normal to have dis on my head. I need how to stop it

A low haircut, frequent thorough washes with a good anti-fungal moisturizing shampoo (e.g Head & Shoulders) should do the trick.

Alternatively, go for a skin cut and always rub some oil e.g vaseline/ petroleum jelly after bathing - and if the problem still persists seek medical advice from a dermatologist.
