BOKO HARAM is a word now synonymous with fear in the heart of every Nigerian. It has killed and maimed innocent peoples. Looking into it's recent activities since president Goodluck Jonathan was voted and elected as the leader of Nigerians, one begins to reminisence about the various statement made by northern politicians who promise to frustrate the incumbent administration and make the country ungovernable if Jonathan is elected the president of Nigeria. I could see clearly that the northern principle is A PROMISE MADE IS A PROMISE KEPT. The northerners has always been filled with the illusion that ruling Nigeria is their birth right. It's time the state security service, Military intelligence wake up to it's responsibility to arrest those who madethose statement. Until the likes of Mallam Adamu Ciroma, Atiku Abubakar, Gen Buhari and the rest are apprehended would this evil done in the north would be solved. Since our country major wealth comes from the Niger Delta region, then why would the northerners see a president Jonathan as an intruder? |
