Please guys I need your help, recently I posted some documents, inclusive of my international passport, birth certificate and my primary school leaving certificate for clarification, I posted these items, via EMS SpeedPost service from Lagos to Abuja, and I was informed that it will get to the recipient within 24 hours, now it's four days, and the recipient hasn't received it. Please I need to know, is there a problem with their service, or is there any probable delay concerning parcels and items posted from Lagos to Abuja, please advise.
