Have got a business idea and plan that would involve interested, hardworking and objective young and vibrant individual pulling resources n xpertise together as a team. The biz would play around the IT, Media and Technology industry. It biz would involve offering services and sales of developd products that are relatively common, but would be with a diff touch and with focus on small n medium scale industries for a start.
The team would be made up of 10 vibrant young individual who are professionals in thr field and with d mid set of an entrepreneur and are ready to nuture the biz for @ leat two years. They must also be team players. They must be vibrant n very fast learners, ready to learn and be very flexible.
The operation of d biz would revolve round this 10 entreprenures, operating as a professional in their own area as well as supplementing others in their, because no third party would be employd @ least during the nursery stage.
Capital for startup would be equaly contributed by the 10 chaps, drawing equal salaries with a formal document stating method of excess profit sharing.
Also startup capital would b based on an annuall simple intrest in case of who ever wishes to quit after d two years.
Contibution of capital without personal effort or xpertise OR personal/effort without capital wont be allowd.
The biz is meant to be by Biz of the team, by the team and for the benefit of the team alone.
Based on my rough requirment, intrested individuals in this category would do:
2 Aggressive and vibrant Marketers
3 Inovative Application Developers (Web, Mobile and Desktop Applications)
3 Grafix Artist (High end 2D n 3D grafix)
2 Systems nd Network Engineers.
Professional certification or extreme expertise is not a must as long as we are all ready to learn, teach, and xpress our knowledge in what we do.
Please note this is just a biz startup that would involve us (cos i would also be) having the zeal to put things together ouselves, which may turnout to somtin big and more poffessional in know time. Huge income or salary should not be xpected cos we all gona do all jobs from scratch (advert, marketing, execution etc).
