A Lagos High Court has sentenced Hamza Al-Mustapha, the former Chief Security Office to late General Sani Abacha to death by hanging. He was found culpable in the murder of Kudirat Abiola, wife of multi-billionaire businessman and politician, Moshood Abiola, who died in government custody while trying to reclaim the mandate Nigerians gave him in the June 12, 1993 election.
