There is no country that does not have sum of its citizens involved with fraud,but I can authoritatively tell you that as far as Ghana is concerned,they are our protegees. Ever heard of Spintex?? Find out about that area in Ghana.
Kweku Adoboli can not even shake hands with Ajudua of yesteryears or even dine with Sunny Power of 2010 or kpakpa sef Sunshine a.k.a Arab Money of 2day.
But the moi moi fraud being perpetraded by well meaning youths of this great Nation Nigeria is nothing compared to what OBJ and all his croonies since 1999 has ever done and are currently doing.

It is the Nigerians in Ghana that put Ghana on top of the list not Ghanians. Most of my Yahoo boy friends are now fully based in Ghana.

How can we expect someone to run a business that requires constant internet connection in a country with epileptic power supply. Any correct businessman(419er) will think of moving to Ghana which has a better operating environmenet for the (yahoo yahoo) business

you guys need to do some more research, the Philippines have more scammers than Nigeria. FACT!!!
most of the tools and softwares Nigerians use for their trades are made in the Philippines or by a Filipino in other countries. Nigerians just get caught in the act more
