@staggerman
my brother,it's a great error to consider the flesh(our body) eradicated from us and to conclude that the nature of sin that brought in the curse is completely annihilated when one becomes born again.such teaching leads people astray.Regenerated life does not alter the flesh;co-crucifixion does not extinguish the flesh;the indwell Holy spirit does not render it impossible to walk by the flesh.the flesh with its fleshly nature abides perpetually in a believer.whenever opportunity is provided for its operation,it at once will spring into action.until we(Christains) are freed physically from the BODY we shall not be able to be so delivered from the flesh that no more possibility of its activity exists.whatever IS BORN OF FLESH IS FLESH(JHN3:6). There is absolutely no eradication of it until our body corrupted from Adam is transformed.OUR BODY IS NOT YET REDEEMED(ROMS8:23);it awaits for Redemption at the return of our Lord Jesus Christ(1Cor15:22-23,51-56,Phil3:20-21).
Paul says in 2Cor10:3"though we walk in the flesh,we do not war according to the flesh"since he(Paul) still possesses a body he walks in the flesh.yet because the nature of the flesh is so corrupt he does not war according to the flesh,HE WALKS IN THE FLESH,"YES",BUT HE DOES NOT WALK BY THE FLESH(ROMNS8:4).until we are set free from the physical body we are not entirely free from the flesh.
Any assumption that we are completely sanctified and has no more flesh,leads us into a life of pretension and indolence void of watchfulness.
Though we are a new creature in Christ,we have never fully recover in this life the position Adam had before the fall.for our body still await full Redemption(Romns8:23).
The Bible informs us in many places that whatsoever has been begotten of God and is filled with God has no tendency towards sin.
This though does not mean there is categorically no possibility of the sinful desires.let me illustrate.Wood floats-it doesn't have the tendency to sink;but surely its sinkable.if the wood is soaked sufficiently enough in water it will sink of its own accord.nevertheless the nature of a piece of wood clearly is not to sink.Similarly,GOD HAS SAVED US TO THE EXTENT OF NOT HAVING THE TENDENCY TO SIN,BUT,HE HAS NOT SAVED US TO THE EXTENT OF OUR BEING UNABLE TO SIN.
Naturally a believer should understand that in Christ he is a new creation,allowing the indwelling  Spirit to administer the Cross upon his flesh,putting to death the sinful desires of our flesh continually.it is only when we yield our body completely to the Lord(Rom6:13)that is it possible for us not to be under the dominion of the flesh but under His dominion.if we follow the Holy Spirit and maintain an attitude of not letting sin reign over our body(Roms6:12),we will experience sustained victory.far from it being an once for all event.we must maintain throughout our life here on earth an affirmative attitude towards God and a negative response towards the flesh.no believer today can arrive at the point of being beyond temptation.
The scripture says "If by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body you will live"(Romns8:13b),the entire relationship expressed in this verse hangs upon that word"IF"God has done all that is necessary;He cant do anything more.it is up to us to take a stand,applying His finished work on our body by the leading of His Spirit in us.our flesh(body) is still corrupt beyond repair by the curse and it must DIE daily.

the Deliverance and prosperity ministry is no fraud.
