The phone is that the phone can only be activated with sim it came with. Or I should take it to apple store for activation..can any body give me solution

^^^ That simply means the phone is locked. I don't know any Apple office in Nigeria even if there is any, I don't think they will activate (unlock) the phone for you. What is the imei number of the phone and what's the iOS version on it? Providing these info will make solving your problem very easy.
