As a midfielder, if you trust your strikers, you'll not hesitate to find them when you have the ball. Imagine Pogba seeing Cavani making a run with too defenders close to him, he'll definitely think twice about the pass because Cavani doesn't have the legs...If it's Rashford, he'd be certain he won't make anything out of the pass...
