Fool ought to choke middle with Sancho and Greenwood drifting inward to support CR7 and free the fullbacks to run riot on the flanks, but Baba dey fear Story that touches.

When fullbacks overlap defenders and midfielders cover for them, we're currently isolating only Mctom in midfield. This might work if Fred or Matic dey

LMAO which one is manager system and head coach please?

A sensible manager would have rotated Dalot with AWB in the league, same way Pep rotates his fullbacks.

For the second question... Tuchel is a head coach and not the manager. In the Manager system, the manager is in charge of more than just football played on the pitch therefore a significant part of tactics is taken care of by first team coaches (Carrick, Phelan, and McKenna).
