We have to be logical and smart about it and not emotional, and destroy the trajectory of our academy talents just because of 2-3 months of a season that is already finished.

Again, you guys are not getting it. ETH changed in his first season to suit the tools he had, and he did well. We eventually did an overhaul for whatever his style was but he decided not to revert. It’s different!

If you have players that can’t execute your style, we should not suffer for it by remaining stuck at the bottom of the table. Adapt and then go back to your style when you have ‘your’ so called players signed for you.

Look at Slot and what his boys are doing against City. He’s playing a 4-2-2-2 to choke the midfield and ensure City has possession mostly at the back and wings. He won’t play such formation against say Nottingham forest or Westham. That’s how to think and act as a manager.
