GloryIsaac:True. We are becoming the new Arsenal. At least for now. But unlike dem, fourphy is no reason to celebrate or take selfies. Hope we make top 4, win d FA Cup and still get to sack LVG. Those are the only things about this pitiful season that can bring smiles to my face. |
Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by GBR1(m): 7:39pm On May 08, 2016 |
AdeLaNa1:It's good to hope but we should be realistic in this context. The chances of getting LVG getting sacked gets very low if he wins the FA cup and makes top 4. Your hope doesn't exist in reality. It's bad enough that LVG has put us in this kind of situation where any victory for United is actually a bad thing for the club with LVG staying. |

AdeLaNa1: There's a 90% possibility of acheiving the first two, but the third is quite not happening b'cos the first two will save his ass |
Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by Nobody: 7:46pm On May 08, 2016 |
Though we want LVG to be sacked but that does not mean we should forsake the Top 4 opportunity or winning the FA! GBR1 is as frustrated as other Fans here, but I think he should support the Club playing Champions League Footie next Season as well as defending the FA Trophy! |
Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by GBR1(m): 7:49pm On May 08, 2016 |
adeyemi2015:So we can crash out in the group stages of the CL into Europa or what? Even winning the FA cup gets you into Europa i think. It's not worth it. |

GBR1:We do not know the plan(s) of the Board for the next Season! They ain't deaf nor blind! They know Fans are tired of LVG and his boring Philosophy! I'm kinda having the believe that his reign as a United Manager ends after the Bournemouth Game! |
Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by Nobody: 8:06pm On May 08, 2016 |
I hope we win on Tuesday..... but if we lose or draw the Match, Hope isn't completely lost! Permutation has begun! We are playing our last Game at Old Trafford against Bournemouth while City is playing away at Swansea! That's gonna be a cracker! |
Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by Antell95(m): 8:10pm On May 08, 2016 |
. What if Arsenal loses to Aston Villa while the Manchester clubs wins their remaining 3 fixtures? |
Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by GBR1(m): 8:13pm On May 08, 2016 |
Antell95:Then arsenal would finish 5th based on goal difference. It's very unlikely though. |

Pastor Elampiro pray well.. I pray also we win our last two match of the season and keep a clean sheet in order for Details Gae to win the golden glove. |

I'm flummoxed about United's chances of qualifying for the Champions League. We face West Ham on Tuesday and although they were piss poor during the weekend and we've beaten them at Upton Park in the FA quarters, I don't know what to expect. This is because the predictable thing about our dear coach is his unpredictability. If we go gung-ho against them we might get two goals before half time. Moreover, City play in-form Swansea away in the final game. I'm hopeful but not expectant. |

I pray United make Top 4, but LVG shouldn't be in charge next Season! |

Man United miss next Season Champions League and LVG gets sacked, Or Man United qualify for the Champions League and LVG remains in charge! Which one Dudes?! |
Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by lekkie073(m): 1:00pm On May 09, 2016 |
adeyemi2015:let me break it down like this next season is lvg's last season according to his contract. ..meaning no matter what he is sure to leave if utd qualifies for ucl and he remains, then we should just condone what he gives us for one more year and see just maybe he might perform magic if utd does not qualify for ucl, whats d possibility dat he would eventually be sacked? coupled with thw fact dat anybody coming we r not sure of where d next manager is taking us to (forget all the hullabaloo about jose's antecedents). either way utd is facing an unsure journey in 2016/2017 season. what would benefit d club is maintaing ucl presence so I would prefer the redmore than d green because dats what suits d club most... in other news: RENATO SANCHES COULD COST £63M Obviously, like the Antony Martial deal, Manchester United will only ever pay £63m for Portuguese international Renato Sanches if he was a massive success. But the deal agreed by Manchester United and Benfica – as claimed by European football bod Andy Brassell – involves half of that money being paid up front for an 18-year-old central midfielder who has played one season of football. That’s a sh*t-ton of money. Sanches was sent off at the weekend against Maritomo so could conceivably have played his last game for Benfica before a massive move. |
Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by lekkie073(m): 1:19pm On May 09, 2016 |
The debate raised by Sarah Winterburn in her post-game piece on Saturday was whether Manchester United fans might want to miss out on the top four in order to be rid of the Louis van Gaal dirge and welcome in a new era? Any answer is purely hypothetical, but there is unlikely to be an overwhelming majority among a support with split loyalties. Really, it comes down to one question: Which do you care about more – enjoying watching your team play or enjoying seeing your team face the best teams? A very modern football quandary. |
Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by slimghost(m): 4:32pm On May 09, 2016 |
Renato Sanches is way way average! God forbid we spend such amount on him. Kante would cost just as much! |

We are going to need height tomorrow. Since Fellaini is out, we should start Schneirderlin. Hope Martial is fit to play? |
