We'll most likely line up with 3 at the back thus I'd like for Mourinho to start proper wing backs Valencia and Shaw, a midfield of Matic and Pogba with Sanchez just ahead.
Upfront, Lukaku should be paired with Martial.
The big question now is; do we have 3 CBs fit?

With good Wing backs and probing forwards like Martial and Sanchez, the pressure on the wings should free the midfield a bit.
Tom for me isn't experienced enough to start today and our defense has really been poor and left exposed even with 3 midfielders (see Sevilla game) that's why I am leaning towards a back 3. When we are in possession, one of them will push up into midfield just like Dier does for Spurs.
