No he was captured Biafran soldier along with the younger man behind him. I saw this clip in 1989, They were stripped totally naked and being marched to their murder/execution. Even in his captured state and impending death, because of his faith that a fight for survival is a devine obligation backed by God and the natural principle of good and light triumphing over evil and darkness they were undeterred by their own misfortune and were repeatedly saying "In the Name of Jesus Biafra shalll win".
