PROCEDURE / MODE OF PAYMENT

1. Seller & Buyer sign Sales & Purchase Agreement indicating their full banking details.


2. Buyer issues a non active performance bond that would be activated by a receipt of a 2% Performance Bond from the Seller
3. Seller issues 2% Performance Bond.


4. Seller loads vessel and vessel sails to Lagos outside Bar within 5(Five) Banking days of receipt of BG from Buyer’s Bank.

5. Upon confirmation of Cargo by the Buyer at Lagos outside bar, Buyer pays for total value of cargo on board vessel.
