Inflation is now @ 11.58%

Treasury bill is now 5.5%

Mutual fund is 9.43%

$ to ₦ is now ₦362

Over ₦6Tn is being liquidated from the NSE

Fixed deposits is now 0.5%, 30days.

debt service to gulp 29% of total revenue in 2020

Economy is going down. I see tears. What do you see?

I see a group of leaders who care so much about this country they want to renovate their offices for 37billion naira to enable them come up with good ideas to save us. oh how blessed are we. blessed to have such great leaders. Also, a gradual display of bearish sentiment in Naira denominated investments. This may be connected to the rumor on Naira devaluation early next year which would erode the Future economic value on investments despite their expected nominal increment.

More money, less usefulness

This kind of information never elevates. Never. Sentiments is bearish enough for me to allow more negative info enter my life. When bearish sentiments persists, hawkish information is what ought to be discussed. All these sad tales Don do

Exactly. Fear mongering. There's a thread on this now that projects this significantly. Off this thread, but the investment section.

Fear or Facts.

If everyone fails according to common statistics no business is ever successful, if this were so, half the world wouldn't be engaging in businesses. Back to the matter sha. Tbills thread before they come for moi

All this Internet validation thingy will deprive people from experiences that would otherwise have remarkable uplifting benefits if only the fear they catch on the web doesn't debar them

Early last year, I wanted to buy two cars for Uber business. I was kind of dragging my feet. While I was still thinking, my friend bought a corolla and gave to one guy to drive on Uber.

The guy remitted money for one month and stories started. My guy had to retrieve the car and sell.

I learned from him, shelved the idea and luckily, I just discovered this thread then. So I just dumped my money in Tbills with rest of mind.

Rules for man. And not otherwise. As long as they're no fixed rules, it can be anything. Dangote is starting with a massive refinery. I wonder if he wouldn't have set the bar lower if he listened to speculators.

Speculating is good but not entirely healthy. While it can be speculated to fail, it's a 50-50,it could suceed. More so, I'm a firm believer in experiences that people shouldn't hold back in life but launch as whatever gains or loss experienced also comes with exponential positive experiences that would have not been learnt if people withhold by " skepticism". So it can be four, it can be 40. As long as risk appetite accommodates complete loss while chasing green bars

The reference u made with dangote's refinery, it would be managed and run by uneducated, uncoordinated, planless set of peeps that dominates the okada business right? . Let him give you updates, he doesn't need to share them here. I'm sorry for derailing, it's not my thing

Hian. I like to retain my comments within the premise to avoid issues. However, you don't have his template and whatever template you're using to critic his business is subject to flaws. To accurately diagnose a concept, we should always hmwait out to get intricate details and operational concepts.

Anyways since it borders around the periphery of my business expertise, permit me to chip in a simple, chai how do I avoid this. I don't want wahala.

Let's leave it that. Abeg. Back to thread issues
