I just got similar mail, my N50 million investment went through, I expect an annual return of N5.6 million that will be N39 million interest after 7 years, not a bad deal but i am really concerned what i can achieve with N50 million now compared to N89 million in 7 years from now. Phyde: 5 Likes |

ahiboilandgas:I am a new entrant just doing basic supply to homes within my estate. I attached myself to someone who is already in the business, but his price is really high for someone who resells and it also discourages my customers. Can you link me up with someone who can supply to me at a cheap rate but payment will be made on delivery. Minimum order of 1000ltr per trip. Thank you. |

Escapev: There was no need for you to have deleted it na..It didn't reveal your details. It was just a proof/information to update us. I guess those that did through the hodco banks are already seeing the allocation notice. Morgan Capital is yet to send notice to their customers in that regard. From that notice it seem not everyone has paid for the allocation given to them. |

I invested through Stanbic Stockbroking unit, contact the first generation Bank and ask about your investment, don't wait for them to contact you but be civil. Donbrig: 2 Likes |

Wow i wasn't thinking of the interests from re-investment, i could possible be at little advantage but the way the debt instruments is increasing, one has to be extremely cautious because anything can trigger default in a declining economy. I believe going real estate is a sure bet for annual returns with the way the huge debt is being accumulated. One has to cash out at the right time. I read an article today, the aspect of Nigeria doing well in revenue is debt instrument in terms of investors confidence to invest not Nigeria being able to repay from the projects the debt was used for. On the other hand, real estate in Nigeria has suffered decline in revenue. ahiboilandgas: 1 Like |

It is open but plans has changed, i was advised by an estate agent to look out for bargain hunt houses not a N120 to N150m house. I am looking inwards into Phase 2 Lekki/Chevron with half the initial budget. Latidoh1: |
