MTS First Wireless Ltd, (MTS First), a national telecoms operator licensed in Nigeria to provide Wireless Telephony Services seeks to hire bright, driven and results oriented people to drive sales of MTS’s products and services in the corporate sector. Job Title Corporate Sales Specialist Job Reference Number CSS/202 Job Grade Level Specialist Job Objective The purpose of the Corporate Sales Specialist is to identify and prospect new customers, identify their needs, deliver the solution, negotiate the optimum commercial deal and close the deal in a way that allows maximum cash flow whilst building a lasting relationship. Principal Duties and Essential Job Functions • To grow the sales pipeline by active prospecting. • To drive revenue growth and cash flow through the direct sale of voice and data products and services to corporate clients. • Design and deliver business solutions to corporate customers. • Liaise with sales team to provide information gathered from market to make recommendations regarding future market opportunities, product development and competitor tactics. • Ensure the timely involvement of the technical solutions team in order to ensure the development of appropriate and agreed responses to customers requirements. • To oversee the delivery process, ensuring customer satisfaction. • Manage corporate accounts to ensure customer satisfaction on all accounts. Work Location Lagos Essential Skills/Experience: • Must have a minimum of 5 years experience selling technical solutions to the corporate sector, with a significant telecommunications element. • Specific knowledge of large account management and strong project management skills. • Bachelors degree, minimum of second class lower. • Aggressive deal maker with sufficient presence and tenacity to gain access to senior decision makers in order to develop revenue generating relationships. • Excellent sales skills: communication, listening, presentation, negotiation, capable of negotiating with large companies. • Highly energetic, self motivated and driven. • Sales focused. • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
