You cannot achieve anything without the help of your subconscious mind. Every time you want anything, your subconscious mind creates it immediately. It sounds outrageous, but it isn't. To your subconscious, what you want every time is really a feeling: like joy, love, satisfaction, peace, security, pleasure, self-esteem, etc.

So, when someone says "I want to have a great career", what he or she really wants is the set of feelings that having a great career would bring.  The question then is, "how do you want to feel when you realize your goal?" Then go for that feeling now! As you focus more on the feeling, your subconscious becomes more aligned with your goal, and your chances of success also strengthen.

But here is the challenge: how to neutralize every negative beliefs against your goal, especially if it is something you have never achieved before. These negative beliefs produce doubt or fear of failure and so must be silenced.

The moment you reprogram your mind to get rid of negative beliefs, nothing can stop you from achieving your desired goal.
