Yea, the EPL has nosedived when na low quality clubs like arsenal and chelsea full there, Man utd and Man city does not have good clubs to practice with, I am certain if it was allowed for inter country league participation, Man Utd will not be want to play in the EPL.

This Muinian boy is class, some big club should be coming for him pretty soon. The English FA should be humble enough to send a delegation to spain to go and understand how they keep producing these classy MF type players.

Even if ManU eventually qualifies for the QF, this match has shown that La Liga is much more than just Barca & Real. Every La Liga team that played tonight won their match. There's plenty of quality in La Liga but EPL fans are too arrogant to acknowledge this.

Bilbao has a wonderful youth academy like many La Liga teams. It is not by coincidence that they're in the Copa del Rey final, sitting at 4th spot in La Liga and now bossing ManU in Old Trafford. I hope Munain and his boys finish the job in San Mames next week.

Three Spanish teams have a very good chance of making it to the last 8 of the Europa league while two will be represented in the champions league. This says a lot about the quality of the La Liga.

I have also noticed how the best play makers in soccer right now are developed in Spain. The best one in the EPL is Spanish (Silva).

English teams needvto go and learn how these players are being groomed.

When I say in football nothing is permanent those that started watching last season disagree. The EPL is clearly waning. It can't be that both Italy and Spain have suddenly become spectacular but with United's performance tonight something is clearly wrong.

The Big deal is they defeated the team that was at the Champions league final just last season and unable to come out of the group stages thereby entering Europa league. fans will expect them to show their class but class has level.

To put things into proper perspective, Bilbao are 5th in La Liga, 30 pts from 1st place Madrid.

Bilbao have a Basque only policy. They don't sign non-Basque players. 90% of that team is from Athletic's Lezama Academy.

Lot of posters and haters of EPL and Man U here do not understand football.Apart from Barca, when last did any Spanish team beat a top EPL side, as in Man U, Chelsea, Arsenal and Liverpool? For the fact that Bilbao won today doesn't make Laliga superior. Aside Barca, Man U has always beaten Spanish side easily in UCL matches. Valencia, Villareal, Athletico, etc. Even Liverpool and Arsenal have taken them to the cleaners recently. It's just a bad year for English clubs and Ferguson keep using weak team to play Europe matches, mostly home matches. His eyes are on EPL title over derby rivals City. Whether people like it or not, EPL will remain the most followed league. Apart from Barca vs Madrid I can't watch Laliga, too boring.
