@ rezzy, I think ur friend's problem s more of anxiety/psychological. I don't kno if she has seen an infertility specialist, if kno she shld see one. For how long has she bn trying to conceive? Does she live togeda wt her husband? She shld discard her friend's theory dat d hotness in her stomach is responsible for her inability to conceive. There re lots of questions to ask so she shld see a specialist. Above all, God s d giver of children. Her trust/faith in Him shld not waiver.

Am 6 weeks preg. I have been experiencing strange pain in my tummy for the past 2 wks.i have been extremely week since yesterday to the point that I can't take my bath with high body temperature. Back to your Milo matter, I don't know if anyone has replied you. But I suggest you get Horlicks or Complan instead of Milo and that should be after baby is 1 year. I heard Milo makes it difficult for them to pass faeces.

Then for weaning, I took my boy to my mum When he was 1yr 1Month. It made the weaning process so easy for me. Cos he sucks at night and I'm sure I wouldn't be able to bear his cries.

Then I squeezed out the milk each time my brea.sts were so heavy. And I rubbed ori (Shea butter) mixed with palm kernel oil on them. Within three days, I had nearly stopped lactating.

Please can you suggest close-by private hospital where hubby won't need to donate blood? and the procedures please.

NB.
1. My mondays - fridays is always at work...but I can go to see doc during breaktime or weekends which is why I need a close-by hospital.
2. Might eventually leave Lagos but I need to undergo the so-called pregnancy screening and test...which is mainly why i need to register with a hospital now.

Please help a neighbour....

My sister, I also work in Lagos but not on the island. So I don't know close hospitals to your area o.

This blood donation thing didn't make me register too the first time. I did ante natal each time I visited hubby. He doesn't live in Lagos too. This second time too I have identified a Catholic hospital around Ogba.

Network do me bad thing last night but then it's never too late.
Oh Lord our God, we thank you for the gift of life to us, our families and friends. Father we want to particularly pray for the pregnant women on this thread. Dear God please be with them through out their pregnancy and the hour of their delivery. Lord we pray against complications in whatever form. We particularly remember Chinwendym that you will make her healing complete and that no mother here will experience such. Wherever the complications are coming from, be it spiritual, physical whatever, we cancel them IJN. Father all those that lost their Lo pls surprise them and our ATC sisters also surprise. Thank you Lord for we have prayed IJN. Amen

I use Horlicks chocolate (with brown cover) with Cow &Gate (for some time) then Nido milk most of the time till now.
I have never bought the complan. The information I gathered from people suggested Horlicks or Complan.

Mummyf.... I read one post by maybe Mitchyy about the woman that had vomited 18 times..... my mouth no gree close, the discomfort no be here. The only compensation is that children have to honour their mothers three times before their papa. Pele dear. When they start winning National and International awards..we would have forgotten all these stress completely.
